This winter, we invite you to indulge in a thoughtfully curated four-course dining experience that blends comfort and creativity:
1st Course: Mole Hacienda
A velvety, slow-cooked mole sauce made with a blend of chillies, spices, and dark chocolate—served over tender seasonal vegetables or protein, offering a deep, smoky richness to begin your journey.
2nd Course: Taquitos con Carne
Crispy, golden taquitos filled with savoury shredded beef, seasoned to perfection. Served with house-made salsas and a touch of crema for a bold, satisfying bite.
3rd Course: Dicha de Barbacoa & Cosecha de Jardin
A duo of dishes:
Dicha de Barbacoa – Traditional barbacoa, slow-braised and infused with earthy spices, delivering melt-in-your-mouth tenderness.
Cosecha de Jardín – A garden harvest medley of roasted root vegetables, herbs, and a light dressing to complement the richness of the barbacoa.
4th Course: Churro de Flores
A delicate twist on a classic dessert—floral-infused churros with a crisp exterior and soft centre, dusted in spiced sugar and served with a warm dipping sauce.

A Brief History of Soju:
Soju traces its origins back to the 13th century during the Mongol invasions of Korea. The Mongols introduced Middle Eastern distillation techniques, which led to the creation of Soju—a clear spirit originally distilled from rice. During periods of hardship, when rice became scarce, Koreans adapted the recipe using sweet potatoes, barley, and wheat. Today, Soju is known for its clean flavour, moderate alcohol content, and strong cultural significance—often enjoyed during meals, celebrations, and social gatherings across generations.
