This Father’s Day, gather around the table for a leisurely Sunday lunch at Wilde Vy Bistro, where generous flavours, thoughtful cooking and a warm countryside setting come together in celebration of Dad.

Expect dishes like slow roasted lamb rib roll with caponata and aubergine chutney, pan fried linefish with lemongrass pea velouté and mussels, herb arancini with tarragon mayo, and chocolate nemesis cake with berry sorbet to finish.

Each guest is welcomed with ciabatta rolls, herb butter and a drink on arrival, while fathers will receive a special gift from the Wilde Vy team.

Your favourite weekly jazz session has officially moved from Tuesdays to Thursdays, and from this week, Tefo Mahola and his crew will be setting the tone for the weekend ahead.

A drummer, percussionist, pianist, singer and composer from Gugulethu, Tefo’s sound moves effortlessly between jazz, groove, funk, jazz rock and Neo Soul, layered with storytelling that lingers long after the final note.

Take a fireside table, order a few of Chef Jürgen’s signature dishes, pour a glass of local red, and let the music do the rest.
