This winter, settle into a slower, more refined rhythm at the driving range with our Winter Drives experience, thoughtfully designed for relaxed enjoyment in the Bottelary Hills of Stellenbosch. Ideal for friends, colleagues, or a day of effortless competition, it is an invitation to gather, connect, and savour the moment.

The Winter Drive includes a 90-minute multiplayer session (per bay), 150 balls, along with four beverages and a large packet of crisps, curated to be shared and enjoyed.  At R600 per bay, Winter Drives offers a considered way to embrace the season through connection, play, and understated leisure.

State-of-the-art design and architecture come standard at the Quoin Rock Venue. The 380m2 Stellenbosch venue offers high-end, luxurious décor finishes, marble floors and custom-made light fixtures throughout.

This winter we’ve reimagined our restaurant offering, moving beyond a traditional à la carte lunch to introduce a five-course tasting menu.

Head Chef Eric Bulpitt joined the Ernie Els team at the end of 2023, bringing over two decades of experience from leading kitchens locally and abroad. Over the years, he’s made a conscious effort to work closely with nearby suppliers, sourcing quality products, and regularly adjusting the menu to show ingredients at their peak.

Our Signature tasting menu allows diners to honour what’s in season. From hand-rolled pastas and comforting broths to slow-cooked cuts and premium meats finished over the coals, it’s a sophisticated winter experience, with picturesque views of Stellenbosch and the Helderberg mountains.
