Roasted Pumpkin Cream
Velvety roasted pumpkin soup topped with toasted hazelnuts and a savoury burnt parmesan foam. Rich, nutty, and exactly what winter calls for.

Pasta, Three Ways
Pappardelle alla Teramana
Egg pappardelle with fried meatballs and fresh parsley shoots. A classic from Abruzzo, made for cosy evenings.

Mussel Risotto
