Pan seared chicken breast in a creamy sauce flavored with sundried tomato, garlic spinach and parmesan cheese.
HONEY GLAZE GAMMON AND MUSTARD
Gammon coated in honey mustard glaze sticky slow roasted to perfection.

Luxurious, classic potatoes thinly sliced layered in a rich sauce of cream and garlic baked until golden and bubbly topped with pecorino shavings.
