Patron Tequila
Patron Tequila
Patrón Tequila stands as a beacon of quality and craftsmanship in the world of spirits. Renowned for its meticulous production process and rich heritage, Patrón has captured the hearts of tequila aficionados worldwide.
This journey began in Jalisco, Mexico, where the agave plant flourishes under the watchful eye of skilled artisans dedicated to maintaining centuries-old traditions.
At the core of Patrón's excellence lies its commitment to traditional methods of production. The process starts with the blue weber agave, a plant that requires 8 to 10 years to mature. Once harvested, the agave piñas are hand-selected and slow-roasted in small brick ovens. This method ensures that the natural flavours are preserved, and the sugars are gently caramelised, setting the stage for the next crucial step: fermentation.
Patrón employs a combination of traditional tahona and roller mill methods to extract the agave juice.
The fermentation process takes place in wooden vats, a practice that adds depth and character to the tequila. Following fermentation, the liquid is distilled in copper stills, ensuring purity and capturing the essence of the agave.
Patrón Tequila is more than just a spirit; it is a testament to the art of craftsmanship and the passion of those who create it. Its journey from the fields of Jalisco to the glasses of connoisseurs around the world is a story of dedication, innovation, and excellence. As you savour each sip, you become part of a legacy that honours tradition and celebrates the vibrant culture of Mexico.
At Hacienda, we boast the largest range of Patrón, so if you are interested in an everyday tequila or a top-of-the-range, celebratory, sipping tequila, we have all the options.
Must try: Patrón Flight of 5 – a board of 5 different Patrón varietals, from entry level to ultra-premium, consisting of the following: Patrón Silver, Patrón Reposado, Patrón Añejo, Patrón El Cielo And Gran Patrón Piedra.
Sake Selection
Sake Selection
We’re diving deep into sake—from classic Junmai to sparkling sake, our rotating list invites you to explore the many faces of Japan’s national drink. Sake, also known as 'nihonshu,' is a traditional Japanese alcoholic beverage made from fermented rice. It has been enjoyed in Japan for centuries and is an integral part of the country's culture and cuisine.
Junmai sake is pure rice sake, made without any added alcohol or sugar, showcasing a rich and full-bodied flavour that pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes. On the other hand, sparkling sake offers a delightful twist with its effervescent bubbles and refreshing taste, making it perfect for celebrations or as an aperitif.
At Yatai Ramen Bar, we are passionate about sake and are excited to bring you a diverse selection to enhance your dining experience. Whether you are a seasoned sake enthusiast or a curious newcomer, our curated list is designed to delight and surprise your palate.
Our entire sake range is sold in either 175ml carafe, 750ml carafe or the whole 750ml bottle. We offer a range of sake-based cocktails to try as well.

Another excellent choice is the Nikka Gold & Gold Samurai, offering a rich and complex profile with hints of honey, spices, and a smooth, lingering finish. The Samurai edition is particularly notable for its distinctive packaging, which adds an element of cultural heritage to its presentation.
The crown jewel of our whiskey offering is Hibiki 21, crafted by Suntory and aged for at least 21 years. It boasts a rich amber hue, with aromas of dried fruits, honey, and dark chocolate. The palate features sweet caramel, ripe plums, and a subtle spiciness, leading to a smooth finish. This whiskey was awarded “World’s Best Blended Whisky” in 2010, 2011, 2013, 2016, 2017, and 2019.
