Here’s what you can expect...

The feast begins with delicious homemade soup and honey bread. While you sip on a ‘Dawa*’ (the traditional house cocktail of vodka, honey and lime), a Lazy Susan with a small flag on top, is placed in the centre of your table, bearing six different fresh salads and various sauces to compliment your meal.

Waiters circulate wielding Masaai spears with at least 15 types of game and domestic meats, ranging from beef, chicken, boerewors and pork to ostrich, kudu and crocodile, to name just a few-all charcoal-grilled and expertly carved directly onto your hot cast-iron plate. Traditional ‘pap’, Sheba sauce, and a baked potato accompany this ‘Beast of a Feast’.

Eat as much as you wish and when you have had your fill, you ‘surrender’ by lowering the flag on your Lazy Susan! A selection of delicious desserts, accompanied by tea or coffee, rounds off the meal.

Holding a function? Our Private Dining room is an intimate space both stylish and comfortable. Sheltered from the activity of the restaurant, it provides the freedom to dine in peace, hold a special celebration or discuss business free from interruption.

Touch & Feed Farm:
Children love petting the animals. The touch and feed farm is available to all children visiting Trés Jolie. If you don't bring your own carrots, lettuce or other tasty animal delights, you can always buy a packet of feed from us to feed the donkey, horse, sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, geese, rabbits, guinea pigs and even emus! There are also pony rides available at the touch and feed farm, so don't let your little ones miss out on the opportunity to have this fabulous experience.

Playground & Rides:
The entire world is a playground when you are young but nowhere more than at Trés Jolie! Whilst parents enjoy a tasty meal from our country restaurant, the little ones will be visible when in the sandpit or on the gum pole jungle gym or even when jumping on one of the jumping castles. The play area is floodlit for those early evening adventures in the sandpit! Kids can have their faces painted by our in-house face painter or they can have loads of fun on the funfair swings.

Sand Art:
Kids love doing sand art as it brings out their creative side and they have something to take home afterwards; be it a bookmark, post card or fridge magnet; and we even have sand art kits that they can buy to take home.
