The Base serves up artisanal wood-fired pizzas on thin, crispy bases, oozing with fresh mozzarella and filled to the brim with gourmet toppings. Pizzas are made to be enjoyed on the pool deck with panoramic views of the ocean or can be boxed up as a take-away.

On Saturday, 4 April 2026, the hotel hosts its much-loved Easter High Tea on the Botany Terrace. Guests can look forward to a harvest-inspired spread of sweet and savoury delights, complete with a refreshing Rooibos Spritz on arrival and live violin entertainment. Little ones are treated to a magical afternoon of activities including a Boba-making station, face painting, decorating their own Easter egg and an exciting Easter Egg Hunt.
The High Tea is priced at R445 per adult and R275 per child, making it the perfect family-friendly afternoon in a relaxed coastal setting.

On Sunday, 5 April 2026, The President presents a generous Festive Easter Sunday Lunch. The buffet-style experience features an abundant selection of starters, slow-roasted meats, seafood, vibrant seasonal salads and indulgent Easter-themed desserts. Live band entertainment sets the tone for a celebratory afternoon, while children enjoy their own dedicated buffet and festive activities, including an Easter Egg Hunt and face painting.
Sunday Lunch is priced at R645 per adult and R355 per child.
