Wine lovers and music fans are invited to celebrate in style as The Cape Wine Auction, one of the world’s most prestigious charity wine auctions, partners with Nederburg to present an unforgettable summer evening of wine, music and generosity.
Taking place on Saturday, 7 February from 15h00, this elevated lifestyle event promises a feast for the senses, set against the iconic backdrop of Nederburg. With live performances by Mi Casa and Lloyiso, two of South Africa’s most beloved music acts, The Celebration is poised to be one of the standout summer events of the season.
Presented in association with The Cape Wine Auction Trust, The Celebration blends world-class live music with premium wine, bubbly, beer and spirit experiences, complemented by exceptional culinary offerings. Guests can indulge in a curated oyster bar by The Wild Peacock and savour indulgent dishes from Pete Goffe-Wood’s Kitchen Cowboys, all thoughtfully designed to elevate the festive atmosphere.
Guests are encouraged to dress to the nines, sip and savour as daylight fades, and settle in for an electric live set by Lloyiso, followed by the unmistakable sounds of Mi Casa. As the stars come out, DJ Abby Nurok is guaranteed to keep the celebration alive with seamless, eclectic mixes late into the evening.
Beyond the music and glamour, The Celebration carries a powerful purpose. Proceeds from the event support The Cape Wine Auction Trust, which funds vital education initiatives across the South African Winelands ensuring that every ticket purchased contributes to lasting, meaningful impact.
This is more than a concert. It’s a celebration of summer, creativity, generosity and the very best of South African talent.
