February is set to be a month of celebration at Brookdale Estate in the Paarl Winelands, with milestone moments, romantic dining, the return of Sunset Dinner Series and the harvest in full swing.

Leading the month’s festivities on Sunday the 1st of February, The Bistro celebrates its 3rd Birthday. Chef Gary Coetzee invites guests to book for lunch and enjoy a complimentary glass of bubbly as Brookdale Estate acknowledges the wonderful support it has received from its diners, marking its most recent accolades as Top 10 Destination Restaurant in the Cape (The Inside Guide), and Top 20 Restaurants in South Africa for 2025 (Dineplan).

Romance takes centre stage on Saturday 14 February with Valentine’s Day at The Bistro. The a la carte Summer Menu will be served for both lunch and dinner, accompanied by a complimentary glass of Mason Road Serendipity rosé. For dinner, live music by Leigh Hondy will set the mood, creating a memorable evening for couples to celebrate together.
                                                                                                             
Wine lovers can also look forward to Syrah Day on 16 February, as Brookdale Estate celebrates one of its signature varietals. Guests are encouraged to visit the Tasting Room Tuesdays to Sundays to discover the elegance of the 2024 Mason Road Syrah. The wine was awarded 4- stars in the 2025 Platter’s by Diners Club South African Wine Guide - a proud achievement for the Brookdale winemaking team and a standout expression of the varietal.

Running throughout February, the Sunset Dinner Series continues every Wednesday and Thursday evening until 26 March. With two sittings at 17:30 and 19:30, these dinners invite guests to linger over seasonal dishes while enjoying sweeping sunset views as the sun dips behind the vineyards.
