Head Chef Eric Bulpitt introduces new Winter Dishes to the Menu at Ernie Els Winery and Restaurant in Stellenbosch!

“With my first season in the Helderberg behind me, I’m taking the time to craft a menu that is true to my roots and celebrates modern farm-style cuisine. It’s important to me that our menu evolves with the seasons, changing as often as needed to show seasonal ingredients at their best,” says Eric Bulpitt, Head Chef in the Ernie Els Kitchen.
Recent additions to the menu include a creamy butternut risotto, fire-roasted mushrooms, sustainably caught fish and Jan Ellis pudding. Each element is carefully considered and thoughtfully presented to create a beautiful, wholesome, and delectable dining experience.
