Celebrate the beauty of the season with the launch of The Bistro at Brookdale Estate’s new summer menu, thoughtfully crafted by Executive Chef Gary Coetzee.
Inspired by the freshness of the Cape’s terroir, Chef Gary’s menu captures the essence of summer dining - light, vibrant, and full of flavour. Each dish is designed to showcase seasonal ingredients at their best, perfectly complemented by Brookdale’s expressive wines.
Set against the backdrop of rolling vineyards, guests are invited to savour every moment, from leisurely lunches to golden-hour dinners, in an atmosphere where every visitor is welcomed like family.
