MSC Cruises Rolls Out Refreshed Yacht Club Restaurant Concept on Fantasia Class Ships
03 April 2026
MSC Cruises has announced upgrades to the MSC Yacht Club Restaurant across the line’s Fantasia Class ships, introducing a contemporary and elegant new design, with the experience already available on board MSC Splendida.
The cruise line has been undertaking a comprehensive refurbishment and upgrade programme across many of its ships — a significant investment in continuously modernising its fleet and enhancing the guest experience.
Many of these upgrades focus on the line’s award-winning, all-inclusive luxury cruising concept, the MSC Yacht Club. This exclusive “ship-within-a-ship” experience has already been introduced on all four Musica Class ships, and now features an enhanced MSC Yacht Club Restaurant across all four Fantasia Class ships.
Guests staying in the MSC Yacht Club can enjoy newly redesigned restaurants that offer a fresh and elegant dining atmosphere. The interiors showcase a contemporary, refined aesthetic, with a modern layout incorporating darker tones, soft textures and sophisticated lighting to create an intimate ambience. Vertical design elements and subtle partitions add structure, enhancing privacy while maintaining a sense of openness and flow. Panoramic sea views remain a defining feature.
The upgraded MSC Yacht Club Restaurant is already available on board MSC Splendida, following the ship’s refurbishment at the Palumbo Malta Shipyard, and she has since begun her winter sailings in the Mediterranean. The enhancements will be rolled out across the remaining Fantasia Class ships, with MSC Fantasia scheduled for completion in December 2026, followed by MSC Divina in April 2027 and MSC Preziosa in February 2028.
Within this redesigned setting, the restaurant delivers an exceptional dining experience, combining outstanding cuisine with personalised service. Guests can choose from a variety of sophisticated menus, supported by a dedicated 24/7 culinary team and an on-hand sommelier, ensuring a premium experience synonymous with the MSC Yacht Club.
The private restaurant is just one of the exclusive amenities available within the MSC Yacht Club. This “ship-within-a-ship” concept offers guests enhanced comfort, privacy and personalised service, with keycard-only access to a range of private spaces. These include 24-hour butler and concierge service, spacious and elegantly appointed suites, as well as a secluded oasis featuring a private lounge, sundeck with whirlpools, and a grill restaurant and bar — all seamlessly integrated within the ship.
Additional enhancements to Fantasia class ships include a redesigned Future Cruise office onboard, where guests can plan and book their next cruise while on their current voyage, offering exclusive advantages. The newly designed office has been expanded and now features a contemporary design with modern and elegant furnishings, additional seating and breathtaking sea views – offering guests a comfortable and enjoyable experience as they book their next cruise. The new Future Cruise office is currently available on MSC Divina, MSC Preziosa and MSC Splendida, while MSC Fantasia will complete her upgrades later this year.
