50 Best has announced the addition of more than 650 new hospitality venues to its 50 Best Discovery platform, with more than 75 cities and towns appearing on the guide for the first time.

The latest refresh introduces more than 210 restaurants, 110 bars and 130 hotels, alongside the addition of over 190 vineyards as an entirely new category. Following this expansion, 50 Best Discovery now showcases more than 3,500 hospitality establishments across 800-plus cities and towns worldwide.

Each venue featured on the platform has been selected after receiving a qualifying number of votes from the expert voting Academies responsible for creating 50 Best's globally recognised restaurant, bar, hotel and vineyard rankings.

Designed as a highly curated digital guide, 50 Best Discovery serves as an essential resource for discerning travellers, diners and cocktail enthusiasts seeking exceptional hospitality experiences around the world.

More than 3,000 Academy members—experts in their respective local restaurant, bar, hotel and vineyard scenes—vote for the venues they believe represent the very best in hospitality. Those votes collectively determine both the annual 50 Best rankings and the broader 50 Best Discovery database. While the platform extends the reach of the prestigious 50 Best awards, it is not itself a ranking, but rather an expertly curated collection of outstanding venues recommended by leading global hospitality professionals.

The July 2026 refresh further strengthens the platform's position as a continually evolving and globally representative guide to exceptional hospitality experiences.

Among the latest additions to 50 Best Discovery are:

• A new vineyard category, featuring internationally acclaimed estates including Antinori nel Chianti Classico in Tuscany, Moët & Chandon in Champagne and Catena Zapata in Mendoza.
• New destinations joining the platform for the first time, including Armenia, Kyrgyzstan and Jamaica, reflecting the growing diversity of the global hospitality landscape.
