In collaboration with Italian master chef Luciano Monosilio, Executive Chef Justin Barker and his local team have put together a pasta menu like no other.
The Bar: Aperitivo Hour
A first for Cape Town. Aperitivo hour takes place every day from 4:00pm – 5:30pm. Treat yourself to any one of our four signature Negroni cocktails, paired perfectly with our budget friendly Cicchetti menu.
Pasta Laboratory:
Our “Pasta Laboratory” produces three types of pasta, all made freshly by hand every day.
We only use the best seasonal ingredients sourced by local producers.

Executive chef Justin Barker oversees the kitchen and the in-house pasta laboratory where the team creates three different types of pasta and all the delicious dishes designed by Michelin-starred chef Luciano Monosilio.

DJ spinning the beats from 7 pm to 10 pm, followed by Roxy Louw taking over from 10 pm to 12 am.
From 10 pm, walk-ins are welcome and we'll turn the space into a disco dancefloor!
