Yatai Ramen Bar, located on Cape Town’s trendy Bree Street, has been awarded the title of Best Street Food Restaurant of the Year at the 2025 Luxe Awards.
In celebrating this remarkable achievement, Yatai Ramen Bar expressed profound gratitude to their exceptional team for their dedication and hard work. The establishment also extended thanks to the entire Pan Collection family, which includes renowned venues such as Nikkei, Scala Pasta, Burger & Lobster SA, Iron Steak SA, and Hacienda.
Yatai Ramenbar takes inspiration from traditional Japanese food stalls known as Yatais while offering a sophisticated and modern dining experience. Behind the menu are renowned chefs Rikku O'Donnchu and Warwick King, previously of Ex Gate and Exhibit A, who joined forces again to bring a fine dining ramen concept to life with a theatrical twist.
