The very first Seafood Festival at Riversands Farm Village in Midrand takes place on Sunday the 3rd of March 2019.

The Seafood Festival is a moderately priced outdoor festival offering a variety of wood fired prepared seafood meals. The event provides a diverse seafood menu, refreshing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and culturally diverse entertainment.

The menu will offer fish and chips, wood fire grilled lobster tails, prawns, salmon, calamari, mussels, kingklip, hake, grilled vegetables and salad just to name a few.  For non-seafood eaters, there will be a choice of meat, poultry and vegetarian dishes on offer.

The Festival promises to be a fabulous day out for the whole family, offering live music, a kiddie’s zone, paint balling, zip lining, obstacle courses, segmented forest family walks and an art & craft market.

The festival has a vested interest in promoting and empowering upcoming musicians, entrepreneurs and brands. Upcoming artists will have a platform to perform and upcoming brands such as Taco Store, Shwarma Store & Wine brands will also get an opportunity to show case their products.

Tickets are R150 per adult pre sold or R180 at the door and R50 for children. Tickets can be purchased through Webtickets.co.za online & at Pick n Pay stores nationwide.
