Bypass the university bottleneck and study for a culinary qualification at South Africa’s premier cheffing school

With not enough places available at South African universities for matriculants this year – statistics show there is a shortfall of over 100 000 – many of those wanting to further their studies are looking for alternatives, particularly in those fields that translate effortlessly into jobs, both locally and internationally, upon graduation.
