Executive Chef Nigel Stemmet
Nigel Stemmet's deep appreciation for all things food developed at a young age, growing up in Cape Town, South Africa where he was exposed to a variety of foods that fueled his passion for cooking. With 19 years of culinary experience through various roles and have worked with some truly inspiring people., he is truly bring COPA to life.
