Who's Cooking?
Carla Jankelowitz
Carla is a qualified patisserie chef out of Le Cordon Bleu, London. Carla runs the tasting room at Baccō delighting visitors with her brand of Cicchetti – Italian-inspired small plates.
The infectious passion exuded by her Father, encourages her to create unrivalled holistic experience.

At Baccō, the new cicchetti-style menu is a study in contrast. Sweet and savoury. Fire and citrus. Silk and crunch.
From chèvre, almond and fig mille-feuille with smoked fig leaf honey to crab-stuffed potato gnocchi finished with pink grapefruit beurre monté… this is a menu designed to surprise.
Slow-braised lamb shoulder ragù folded through 30-yolk fusilli lunghi.
Black olive tapenade risotto layered with stracciatella and confit garlic.

Join us for our Easter Harvest Table, where generous platters, spit-roasted rosemary lamb, braaied lemon and rosemary chicken, glazed maple ham and vibrant seasonal sides are served to be enjoyed together.
Start with warm hot cross bun brioche and pâtés, linger over the mains, and finish with something sweet from our indulgent dessert table.While the adults relax with a glass of Baccō, the little ones will be entertained with face painting, a jumping castle and fun kids’ activities running all weekend.
