One of the shining stars on the menu is the Biltong-Spiced Ostrich Steak, a true expression of South African heritage elevated for the modern palate. Tender, lean, and full of flavour, it’s served with rainbow slaw, candied sweet potato fondant, and a glossy cranberry Savanna sauce.
