One of the shining stars on the menu is the Biltong-Spiced Ostrich Steak, a true expression of South African heritage elevated for the modern palate. Tender, lean, and full of flavour, it’s served with rainbow slaw, candied sweet potato fondant, and a glossy cranberry Savanna sauce. The result is bold yet balanced, hearty yet elegant, an ode to the flavours that define home, artfully reimagined.

For those who prefer lighter, plant-forward dishes, the Harissa-Grilled Baby Carrots with Hummus and Crunchy Lentils prove that simplicity can be extraordinary.
