Terms and Conditions:

• Bookings must be for 20 people or more.  Accommodation bookings must be a minimum of 6 rooms
• All bookings to be emailed to events@kovecollection.co.za, events@alphen.co.za & reservations@alphen.co.za
• Booking code #kovewinter must be stated in the subject of the email when making the booking
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Minimum spend or set menus might be required at restaurants for group bookings
• Only applicable to new and confirmed bookings.  Existing bookings are not applicable
• All function bills must be settled in full before prize can be redeemed
