On the 12th of March, Storyboard Events and Executive Chef Callan Austin, in collaboration with Graham Beck invite you to the Two Oceans Aquarium for a gastronomic journey unlike anything you’ve experienced before - A Curated food and wine interactive journey through the aquarium. 

Chef Callan, recent winner of the SanPellegrino Young Chef Academy winner for Sustainability has a deep-rooted passion for creating awareness around social responsibility and sustainability through his food, using locally sourced ingredients from like-minded suppliers.

Chef Callan Austin will be serving some exquisite dishes paired with partner Graham Beck.

This is an exclusive opportunity to enjoy a new age fine dining experience.
