Tyler has been diagnosed with Turner Syndrome, a rare genetic condition caused by a missing or altered X chromosome. She requires ongoing medical care, including monthly medication, MRI scans, specialist treatment and a major operation. Every ticket purchased and donation will help Tyler and her family with the costs of her medical journey.
