As winter arrives in the Cape, we are thrilled to announce that The Glasshouse will be open for lunch, serving a trio of delicious two-course set-menus (R295pp) from Executive Chef Michélle Theron.
Look forward to an inspired collection of plates, including Russian pelmeni pasta pockets filled with seasonal smoked snoek and slow-braised beef short rib on parmesan-rich polenta.
Vegetarian options are available. The Glasshouse is open for lunch from 1 June 2021, Tuesday to Sunday 12h00 - 17h00 (Kitchen closes at 16h00). Reservations are essential over weekends.
