‘What Grows Together Goes Together’
We embody this philosophy by foraging indigenous herbs and utilising estate-produced honey, olive oil and spring water, as well as wines. An impressive 80% of our other ingredients come from within an 80-kilometre radius, creating authentic expressions of the Hemel-en-Aarde terroir.

Our pioneering approach highlights the synergy between moderate wine consumption and nutrient-rich, anti-inflammatory foods.
