The Eaves Restaurant is the new fine dining restaurant hidden in the eaves above the Bistro. Proving to be a hit with our guests, the private dining area for romantic dinners, a table in the intimate dining room or the deck overlooking the Caversham Valley is the favourite place to enjoy our award winning menu.

At Granny Mouse Country House & Spa our focus is on personalised yet discreet hospitality where guests enjoy quality service and a world-class, contemporary South African menu. Ingredients, sourced from local suppliers, are farm fresh and organic, where possible. Seating a maximum of 50 people it is open in the evenings daily and on Sunday and Public Holidays for lunch.

Our menu changes weekly, catering for vegetarians. Special requests are our chef’s delight.

The Granny Mouse Bistro restaurant was launched in the old dining area of the hotel and is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Vegetarian options are always available. The same menu can be enjoyed on the pool deck and is available to all in house guests from Room Service.

Remember that if you are driving through the Midlands and prefer to just stop to enjoy the view - we have a picnic package that is perfectly suites to dine in style in situe.

The Bistro can also be booked as a standalone venue seating 75 people with menus designed to suit the event.

Imagine your ceremony against the setting of the Caversham valley, in our newly completed chapel, under thatch, followed by drinks in the beautiful hotel gardens around our swimming pool.

Our highly trained staff understand that it's your day and will design a wedding package to suit your unique requirements.

Granny Mouse has a number of superbly appointed rooms for those guests wanting to stay overnight or for the weekend.
