THE SUMMER EXPERIENCE

Famous for our sundowners, La Med has a vast array of burgers, seafood and salads for the hungry.
What may seem like a mellow start to the evening can quickly change into a full swing party as La Med's in-house DJ turns up the music.
Our guests feel free to be "casual" and in true beach bar style they often wear beachwear including bikinis and board shorts.
THE WINTER EXPERIENCE
La Med transforms itself into a cosy and vibrant experience in winter. There are roaring fires and comfortable lounges for lazing about upon whilst enjoying a bottle of red wine.
Along with winter comes "rugby season", and La Med is the official BOKTOWN venue in Cape Town. Come watch the Springbok games (or any rugby game for that matter) on our big screens. Due to popularity of La Med as a rugby viewing venue, pre-booking of tables is advisable for international games.
Whilst the chills of winter grips Cape Town La Med is a haven for enjoying great music, incredible gourmet pizzas and a warm and fun atmosphere.
Come watch the British Lions tour at La Med this June (Cape Towns official BOKTOWN venue) for some great give-aways and some exciting games. The way rugby should be watched.

Directions
From Muizenberg take the M3 and Eastern Boulevard into town. Exit Eastern Boulevard into Buitengracht Street and turn right onto Western Boulevard. Follow past the Stadium, along Beach Road past the Sea Point promenade, left into Queens Rd, straight over the circle and immediately right into Victoria Rd, through Bantry Bay and into Clifton. Just before Camps Bay, turn right to Glen Country Club and follow signage.
From Hout Bay follow Victoria Drive over the mountain, past Llandudno, through Bakoven & Camps Bay and into Clifton. Turn left to Glen Country Club and follow signage.
