The offerings from Balducci's Italian Chic menu include a delicious onion zuppa garnished with an African macadamia nut pesto; or try the carpaccio of venison, or the melanzane alla Parmagiano, amongst others. The luscious line up of pizzas includes specialities like the white pizza with mozzarella, goat’s chevin cheese, smoked kwaito (Gouda), Parmigiano, with sautéed spinach and garlic on a béchamel sauce base (no tomato) or the osso buco, the braised duck, the Parma ham or game ragu and many more.
